I moved into my unit and have been living there for 2 years now and so far, I have no complaints. My neighbours are mindful of my family and I. The property is currently having the roofs done and it is very interesting to see what the property will become. I have currently bought a house and in the process of moving out and I would recommend the property to any one.

I have lived here a little over 7 months. The apartment is a good size for the price. The complex needs to do some serious work on the intriors. As I'm typing this they are in the process of repairing the roofs. I understand its a slow process but ever since I have been living here my base boards and cabinets have been rotted. other then that the buiding seems alright. The office stff is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance is always addressed right away and usually fixed on time but not always (but no ones perfect). As far as security goes the guards are nice for the most part but the complex needs to invet in a bettr shack for these people one for their comfort and 2 for looks of the property as well as a gate system that works. The biggest thing that could turn this place into a great complex is a little investment and pride in the community. But I do feel comfortable and I am happy here. All the complaints are very fixable with dedicated people.

Rental apts within the area are substantially higher than The Resort. There are, though, some issues, that nonetheless, need to be addressed: the trash dumpster is sometimes overstuffed with trash on Mondays. Arrangements need to be made for multiple trash pickups as well as inform the tenants that although its trash, they need to put it in the proper trash bags and TIE the bags..i lived there years ago under a different management and although now there are alot more amenities, the caliber of tenants has dropped. I suggest The Resort to provide, as they did before, routine flyers on special events as well as reminding tenants that they need to assist in keeping the place clean. The Resort is always full of maintenance driving around and making sure things are in order. The 2nd issue is as a pretty new tenant, I am still waiting for them to finish some last minute things that weren't complete and were addressed by me during the walk thru paperwork that I turned in. I didn't have anyone from the leasing office come with me to do the walk thru; they were too busy. They were attentative when I was there signing the lease, but not available once they got the $. This is poor customer service.
