Apartment Review for Ashley Club Apartments

Hey all.
I moved into apt F105, July 2010 and out Aug 2011.
Nightmare.
Where to start.
Fecees every where, Do not. I repeat Do not walk in the grass, you will step in dog turd. I complained to no avail, even sent an email to home office about it. So I started cleaning my shoes off at the offices fron carpet. See how they like the stench of dog crap lingering in the air.

Next is my next door neighbour. every morning at 6:45 and again in the afternoon at 5:00 she would take her dog to pee. It would not get any further than the entrance to my apt. yep!! let it go all over the sidewalk at my front door. Complained so much they moved her to another apt.

Next is the upstairs apt and friggin noise.
Stomp stomp stomp stomp. All friggin night long.
I overheard this fat sort of human being on the phone just after I moved in about how much she liked Thursday pill night and how much she looked foreward to it. Yep a real hefer. I figured after she moved out things would get better.
Nope! A just divorced skinny chic with a man hater attitude moved in.
The stomping continues.
I complained over and over about this. Just ask her to chill, try to remember some one lives below you is all I asked them to do. They told me it was a cival matter and to call the police.
So I did. More on that later.
the water was always being turned off. The power was always going off. Hey the office people would go home early cause the power would be out.
Could here water dripping behind the wall in the bathroom. @ times my bathroom flooded cause the neighbours fridge water line leaked.

The office people were very cool at first, until the colored lady started there. Soon enough they were fired so the colored people could run things. that's when things got bad. yep they even started moving in. Then we got notices about be sure to lock every thing up cause there had been alot of thefts lately. ( you don't say)

after about one month all the office people that got me moved in had been fired and the colored people took over it really got lousey around there.
Talk about nastey to deal with.
Maint guys were very cool. Dennis was the best but he got fired cause he came to work one morning hung over. Ooooh! just a bit hung over eh!
After he left the place went to ****.

Now, I got evicted 1 month after my lease renewal. I was told this is because I ran around drunk and called other tennants names. Fact is, it was 3 days after I called the cops on the loud woman upstairs. Remember they told me too. It is because I threatened to call the health dept about the dog poop. And the mold issue behind my bathroom wall, because I wanted a decent place to live and my expectations were not being met.
My fridge kept getting warm (complained) My mic oven quite (complained)
Noise (complained) Pwr and water constantly off. (complained)
Yep. I got run outta town cause I wanted what I was paying for.
Now there after me for $600.00 cleaning fee's and lease termination. Hey Geraldine!!! you kicked me out, kept my deposit and a whole months rent. How do you see that I owe you????
