I'm a military officer who lived here for 7 months. I had no problem with the mgmt until move out. They write into their lease a $65 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee as well as a $50 admin fee. I don't know why we're required to pay for an administrative fee when one of the owners themselves works in the office. The final straw though was a $141 cleaning fee that they charged me after I moved out. Thereby forfeiting my entire security deposit of $200 as well as I now need to send them additional money for the fees. I left the unit cleaner than when I moved in and all they told me was "sorry we're in disagreement about that"! Save yourself money and live in a better apartment complex! Live across the street or in Perdido. Avoid these scammers!
