Review for Stratford Place Apartments

When we moved to ther area we really didn't have time to look at a lot of different places and this is what we got stuck with.

700sqft. (I'm think they must have added the balcony and storage to this.)

Half the appliances didn't work when we moved in.
Whoever lived there before was a smoker and no one bothered to have the carpets or draps cleaned.
The carpet is matted and nasty unless you get one of the "redone" apartments.
Roaches in the kitchens and wasps/yellow jackets in the storage.
People move-in and out all the time. Most buildings have several open units.
Police are called several times a month for domestic and other situations.
For the longest time we worried our car would be broken into.
Loud music can be heard at all hours, form cars and neighbors.
The laundry room is always dirty and there is usually standing water in several washers.

The worst thing about Stratford is the uncaring property manager. Several units are overcrowded but when asked the manager says the people are "just visiting". Many dogs over the weight limit can also be seen around the property.

I could go on but I think that covers the worst of it.
