Apartment Review for Gatehouse On The Green

I have been living here for the last year and there has been three break ins since. They have all happened during the day since the gates are always up. When the gates do happen to work which is once in awhile, there is always an issue trying to get your guests into the complex. I have had to drive to the gate and let my guests in every time. The office staff is absolutely awful after they get your money. I pay 1090 for a one bedroom apartment which I thought was worth it for a gated complex in order to feel safe. But definitely not worth it since the gate never works! I am here for school and needed the apartment for additional couple of months so I could finish out the semester and they are trying to charge me $1258 a month. In addition they wont even let me extend the lease 3 days for when the semester is actually over. So i guess i will be studying for finals in a hotel room before i leave out of state. There is also dog poop everywhere because no one picks up after their dogs. There is one trash unit at the front of the gate so you have to drive your trash over. Absolutely disgusting. As for the apartment itself there is mold in my bathroom. Need I say more.
