Hi All,

I am genuine person with true experience. Apartment is really very nice but people in management are thief who will loot you in front of your eyes. I lived here for just 6 months and if you see the apartment which was pretty good when we left and you know how much they charge us 12,000 apart from deposit. They changes those stuff which were clean and changed everything and charged impossible charges like using chimney. Now just say anyone can dare to use chimney in south florida. We never ever went close to chimney. This is just small example. They are simply thief for me. Please never go there. Management has worst people from top to bottom. They has no respect for you once you get the lease before that they will spend hours for you..
