And we love it! Great improvements. The landscaping is finally top notch. The pool area has all new furnishings, all though the decorative plants should be larger. The neighborhood is becoming pure luxury. Publix just opened a new Organic supermarket next to the Wholefoods market in the area. Giant new church up the block, holiday parades, professional neighbors.

Ive been living here for almost a year now and would like to say that things are getting a heck of a lot better. I think there is new management, somethings really different. <P>
I love my place. Its big and feels almost new. I have lived in so many apts that have broken appliances or windows but Polo is almost perfect. Its good to see that the outside is now matching the inside. <P>
What would be nice is some cute Cabanna boys serving drinks by the pool. Hey new management: what about laundry service? <P>

New Managment Company has really done the job here. The property is beautiful, the apartment was spotless when I moved in and Kevin at the Management office could not have been nicer. <P>

I love it, cozy, friendly neighbors, amazing maintenance and the manager is a breath of freshair. Too bad her assistant Rebecca makes her out to be a monster and talks bad behind her back. I am sure if the manager knew 1/2 of what Rebecca says about her she would be taken back.

This reflects negativety and you can feel it because if you go in the office and the manager is not there, consider yourself dismissed (she's just too good for you).

Beautyful new community hidden in PLantation. My apartment is top of the line. From storm shuters to Imported Italian Tile. Amenities are great. Swiming pool, basketball courts, tennis courts, roller hockey, fitness center and childrens playroom. A mUST SEE.

It's refreshing being able to go into the management office and be greeted with a friendly smile. I have been at Polo Glen for 3 years. i have seen a turnover in managers and have experienced each of them. Amaris, the new manager has to be by far the most sweetest, attentive and fortunately approachable. Unlike other staff members, I feel extremely comfortable going to the leasing office and know that Amaris will be available to assist. No matter how busy she is her open door policy really is an open door policy. I have spoken to several of ny neighbors and we all agree Amaris is the perfect manager for POLO GLEN. She is one of the reasons the majority of us have decided to stay. GOOD JOB AMARIS!

I was starting to look for a new place to live where out of no where I get a knock on my door and when I asked who's asking she sweetly said my name is Amaris, I am the property manager and I wanted to meet and speak with (it happened to be me she was inquiring about). When I said yes I am the resident she genuinely seemed excited she said she new my lease was expiring and she wanted me to stay. It was very personable and she is just absoluteky adorable. How could I say no. Til today she calls me every so often she calls to see how I am doing. This is what I call excellent resident services.
