Save Your Time And Money, This Place Is The Worse!

Rented: From 2009 To 2009

Moved in July 1st. The refrigerator door was broken, Washer and dryer badly chipped and so many other defects. Asked about getting a copy of my lease, and waited 19 days, and 4 calls before receiving a copy. 1st rent payment was sent from bank 8 days before rent due, and the office lost the check! Then they wanted to charge $350 extra for the month. Then the office staff, who were rude and calculating, lectured me about my being upset. Also, there are local rif raf (young adults) constantly handing outside at all hours of the night, talking loudly, smoking and generally being disruptive. Lastly, they claim pitbulls are not allowed, but I have counted at least 4 pitbulls in my general area. Reported the dogs to the office, nothing has been done. Save your money and time and look for a higher quality rental.
