Review for Island Club Apartments

When I first moved to Island Club apartments in summer of 2003, it was a great place with excellent maintenance crew. Unfortunately it went through several changes in management and the maintenance was bad for a while. It seems the last several months (Jan '05), the new manager has brought it back up with new flowers, paint and fix-ups around the community. I love the apartment size, price and golf view. Neighbors are decent, but if you don't have pets, there are a lot of animals in the complex. Hope this helps!
