Apartment Review for Breezes At Palm Aire

this place is a dump! I lived there a few years and the management changed hands several times. the current management is the worst though! and nobody pays their homeowners fees and the grounds reflect that. lots of weeds, lots of shady individuals, a major ghetto across the street, dumpster divers (that rent there!) HORRIBLE parking (seriously awful!!). my friends got their cars towed late at night several times, my car got broken into, several of my neighbors had their units broken into. the only positive about this place is the location. bottom line is this place sucks!!!!
