Apartment Review for Crescent Place/Allegro Palm

DON'T BUY OR RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! Unless you are used to living in subpar conditions and like spending a ton of money for it. The lipstick and coverup only goes so far.

I'm a renter, I have to pay extra money for a view.. right off my balcony there is a giant crate myrtle blocking my view. It took them five months before they trimmed it. Now I have the view of a half dead tree. At least before it was a tree in full bloom.

When I moved in my water smelled like sewer water, and 5 months later it still lingers. Toilet flushes fully after 2 or 3 flushes. Windows are cheap, when the wind blows it howls louder than if the window was open. Cabinets are peeling int he kitchen and not even level. Attention to detail was far from their plans.

Light sockets have not been cut properly and there are gaps around the light covers exposing the inside of the drywall. Cabinets in the bathrooms are not installed properly the drawers don't even close fully. Washed the tub and the soap dish broke off with very little pressure to clean it.

I keep a clean house and have a massive ant problem. They do come to spray timely for sure. But if anything else needs done.. don't hold your breath. Dishwasher was spewing water out but it's not a priority it seems to fix it.

Tenants don't take care of dog s--t and if you like walking around the lake, bewarned to not wear open toed shoes.

Front office people lie and are rude and will only tell you what you want to hear at the time. If you bought a condo here your a fool... pay for a mortgage and dues... LOL
