Apartment Review for Crescent Place/Allegro Palm

This is the worst apartment complex I have every lived in. The apartments are nothing like the beautiful model home they show. The cabinets all peepl, and are two-toned. Instead of replacing the entire cabinets in all the units, they switched out only the cabinet doors which are a different color than the cabinet bases. The buildings are not maintained or effectively pressure washed. The walls have green fungus growing on them, bad paint job, and disgusting stairs. The appliances are awful, the ceiling fans are cheap, and maintenance does not repair items in a timely fashion. I've lived here a few months and dread the fact that I signed a two year lease. I am embarassed to bring company over!! The security staff is a joke & very unprofessional!! The access gate has been broken since before I moved in several months ago. They do not have the ability to add new tenants to the registry. You will have to drive or walk to the entry gate to let in your guests and deliveries. DO NOT BE DECEIVED!! This place is not worth it!!
