The Dunes is conviently located to US 1 and close to old town. The staff has been very polite, and are quick to respond to any maintance request. There is ample parking, and the complex is quiet. People I have met that live here are polite and helpful. Although the apartments are older, they are well maintained. I would reccomend this facility without hesitation. <P>
