Apartment Reviews for The Preserve On Anastasia Island - Saint Augustine

EXPENSIVE, but a nice looking place. The pool, gym and other facilities are really nice. My A/C broke twice, and someone came out the next or same day to look at it. My problems with it: For about 2 months, the parking lot was full of pot holes, and yet they did nothing about it. There is assigned parking and people CONSTANTLY parked in my space because guest parking it not well marked. The windows on my condo were paper thin and if anyone was outside talking I could hear every word. The worst part was how my neighbors let their dogs run around and after complaining to the front office, no action was taken. I never got to sleep in because they constantly had landscapers out mowing and trimming things at 8:00 am (which kept it looking nice, but drove me INSANE). My apartment was very nice though, and the outside was always well maintained.
