Apartment Review for Whispering Woods

I have only been living in this apartment complex for 2 months and I can not wait to leave. My neighbors are rude and disrespectful. The maintenance does not finish jobs they start and the management is horrible. I have lived in about 3 other apartment complexs before and never have I had so many problems and dislikes about one place. This place needs alot of work. Looks are deceiving. <P>
