Review for Flagler Pointe Apartments

-the lights outside our door was always shorting out and they never replaced it...
-there is a SUPER GHETTO - needs to be condemned - APT right behind Flagler... those thugs that live in that complex can be seen walking around our complex with duffel bags and tool kits... they break into ppls homes and steal ppls cars...
-maintinence has come in un announced and expected more than one occassion whilst i (female) was in shower and home alone- NOT SAFE... since maintinence men are sketchy looking, and we have asked repeatedly that maintinence NOT appear in our apt, unanounced or expected.
-there was smoke billowing into my apartment from an un known source ... when i called maintenence and they came to look ... he said he couldnt find source of smoke so for me to just go back in my apt and it was no big deal - turns out another unit was on FIRE and the person was not home...
- i can hear neighbors yelling in their apt as if they were in the next room ...
- overall not safe and old and it basically sucked living here.
