Pool issues are eventully resolved (heater not working) ... all you have to do is make a complaint ... if more peopole took the initiative thing will get done. I was fortunate to have moved in when brand-new so I didn't inherit any bugs or dirt. building one has a large number of dog owners so can be problem. Parking is weird if you don't pay attention. Just initiated towing for cars with no parking visitor badge or parking sticker ... but enforcement is sporadic so if one of your guests gets towed you will see many other violators who do NOT get towed. Resident parties (which are usually sponsored by someone trying to sell you something) have skimpy food (same stuff every time) but at least they have them. Staff is courteous.
