Apartment Review for Arbor Lakes Apartment Homes

Arbor Lakes is one of the worst apartment complexes that I have ever stayed in. The staff is terrible and unintelligent for lack of better words. I have never seen a patrol car in the complex being that the high-class security gates never work. Some of the apartments have damage from prior hurricanes and if you need something fixed in your apartment pull out your handyman book because in the time that it takes for maintenance to come you could have done it yourself. Since the conversion to Condo the property has gone down dramatically along with the staff. I'm not sure if they are cutting cost on the quality of service by hiring these people but if they pay them I would get all of my money back! The buildings havent been power washed and the model home has rusted patio furniture. I mean I could go on but I have better things to do. But, if I were you this would be the last choice on my list if I were looking for professional management and a nice apartment <P>
