Apartment Review for Charleston Club Apartments

When i started here they were all so friendly and helpful but once i was in i was ignored and forgot about unless they were wanting to do one of there inspections which were either never done or done not on the dates they said it would be. They close the office down well before actull closing time and leave the open sign on the door just so they can say they stepped out for minute when that is so far from the truth iv waited for an hour befor anyone came back from stepping out for a minute. No one picks up the phone the first time and when u call agian they talk to you all rushed and like your a problem not at all are they helpfull theyv lost my spare key to my appartment and they acted as though it was my fault right cause i have the key to there office. And they show you this nice computer room when you move in but leave out the fact that only 2 or 3 of them work and the printer almost never works. Also they show you this nice clean pool when you move in and tell you they close it on mondays for cleaning but they leave out that the maintenace crew leave it locked for weeks at a time and when you ask why its locked they say its for cleaning but i ask why does it take a month to clean a pool. Overall the apartment complex is fine but the office staff is so rude and just nasty people that it makes living there really hard to deal with. oo00o and i forgot to add they rais your rent atleast twice within your lease. I sighned for 525 i nvr paod that as soon as i moved in 2 weekes later they say its going up to 550 and then it went to 580 3 months after that. So yea that sucks becasue they tell you one thing and do another and nothing ever gets fixed its just so annoying to deall with that in the end its better just to go live anywhere else if you have the option of doing so.
