Moving in this place is one of the biggest mistake i ever made!!let me tell you the apartments are nice on the inside but it has thin walls and floors!so pray so don't get a noisey neighbor or one with kids. The office staff is so rude, forget a request to have anything fixed. It takes forever!!i promise u your rent will go up in the middle of your lease, the pool and gym closes at6 when the office close.lol..it's 30 dollar for a key to the gym after 6.The hallways are nasty!!the price sounds good but when they'r done it's not low income.U have to get their cable,u pay water/sewer,and gas i could go on & on.Don't bother talking to the manager!!she takes up for the employees everytime..words can't describe

Been here only a few months. Suddenly out of the blue comes a water bill that is due now. Water was free when we signed our lease. We couldn't transfer our cable unless we get $70 standard cable through them first. Now we have two expensive cable bills. They are always in the apartment doing inspections. It's best to be home so they don't ramble through your personal belongings. Don't think of getting any attention on the phone. They are fast talkers. When you go in they all have to meet in the office with the door closed before they can address your issue. It's a shame that those of us who work hard to earn a decent living are conned by seemingly nice people (before you move in). If you aren't receiving government assistance, they pretty much do what they want to do to you when it comes to all of these ridiculous fees. Blow the whistle on Concord Charleston Club. They are state funded and all the while manipulating people out of money. No renewal here. The apartment itself is ok but e cautious of small bugs, half fixed closet doors, half fixed blinds and badly damaged doors. Ask everything you can think of before you sign your lease because there's a whole world of hidden fees with them. It usually takes about 6 days to get maintenance out to fix anything.

I have lived here 4 months, because I had a friend that told me to move here. I should have never listened. I have had a few problems and don't even feel comfortable going to the office because they have staff that think they pay your rent or something and that you are not supposed to have stuff fixed. My carpet feels like it was never cleaned or vacuum before. The apartments are very nice if it wasn't for those little problems. I only come home to sleep, but if you are promised good service, it should be given to everyone equally. Oh, and I just got a letter that they raised the rent!!!

Orlando is the #3 capital in the US for murder so those happen all around you these fools get freaked out whenever something "happens" but truth is I see the cops around here all the time. This place is pretty chill and I pay almost nothing for rent for a 3b3b with gas kitchen ample living space - quiet! Don't be scared by some lil murder some hood kid pulled off. Serial killers live in the suburbs too. Who would you rather live next to. An amateur gangbanger who is also a Full Sail student that might get into some bad deals cuz of coke or a trained, meticulous, highly skilled, multiple homicide maniac and his two story home with a 3 car garage living in suburbia- among you. You choose.

I moved into this complex because my budget is really tight. The apartment itself was kept in ok condition I dealt with a very nice leasing agent but she left to go to another job... The maitenence guys are really crappy except for the superviser the rest have no clue what they are doing and what they do do its a crappy job. They have really bad attitudes too. The children run in the streets and down the halls yelling and screaming you can hear everything the walls are paper thin... I guess the moral of this story is you get what you pay for.
