No glee in Dalton Place

You are so right! This place sucks! Almost every apartment on the first floor has major mold problems. The Health Department needs to get over here and see the **** that goes on. Since I have moved in the place has gone through 3 managers and several maintance people. Just when it seems like there is a light at the end of the tunnel...another one is gone.The management company is blind to what goes on around here. They have so many empty apartments. I didn't even get to see my apartment until the day before I moved in! Then the dishwasher has never worked and falls out of the wall! If you ask for any maintance work to be done it takes at least 3 days before it gets looked at and then three more visits before it actually gets fixed!The maintenance supervisor, Jerry pawns all his duties off on the other guys and then goes and throws them under the bus when they do their job because it makes him look bad! He is such a suck up!He even eats most of his meals with the manager at her apartment...wonder what his wife would think about that and what else is going on!? Let's see how long she has a job.Once he gets done with her.Run away from this place as fast as you can! They lure you in with decent rental rates and then ignore you! They evict you and steal your belongings before you have time to get them out! I bet the management company doesn't know that either!There is no "glee" here in Dalton Place! I can't wait for my lease to be up to get out of this dump!

i agree. i also think the water should b tested. i have been here for a couple months and the water lines have broke at least 10 times that i have caught. yet we have NEVER had and boil water alerts and my water smells like vomit sometimes. i contacted the health dept and the enviromental center today and i am getting the water tested asap. we need to come together as a community and sue this place if they knowingly got us all sick with some waterborn bacteria
i agree. i also think the water should b tested. i have been here for a couple months and the water lines have broke at least 10 times that i have caught. yet we have NEVER had and boil water alerts and my water smells like vomit sometimes. i contacted the health dept and the enviromental center today and i am getting the water tested asap. we need to come together as a community and sue this place if they knowingly got us all sick with some waterborn bacteria
