Moved in a week ago and really like it here. I gave a list of 7 items I missed on the walk thru to maintenance and most are done already. The screened pool/spa area is very nice and the sun deck that was just completed will be too.
The quick and easy online payment is convenient and online Maintenance Request makes it a breeze if you need something.
So far the neighbors are friendly as well as the staff. Regatta Shores is how all apartments should be run.
