Apartment Review for Stonebrook Apartments

I have lived here for a year and very unhappy. They are raising the rent 35.00 more dollars a month on everyone. There's mold in some apartments and the office blows you off on any problems that you have. They are nice to you until they get you to sign a lease. Maintinance is a joke. You have to call many times to get anything done. When you call office about something they will say I'm busy now, I'll call you back and they don't. The gait is left open all the time and anyone can come in. The reason they leave it open is because the office woman are too lazy to buzz people in. On the weekends to office girls lock the office up and ride around playing on the golf carts. People are trying to get in and call office but there out playing around. The office also talks bad about and dissuses people that live here. I live in building 1 and I'm a little scared. There was a drug bust last month, and people said they were growing pot in th apartment. Place is too expensive for what you get. You can hear everything in the next apartment, it isn't insulated very good. Jacuzzi has never worked, and bathrooms in phase 2 are always locked so you can't get in.
