Apartment Review for Westlake

I am very surprised to see so many negative reviews. I have lived at westlake for about two years and have yet to have any problems.
-Office staff are nice enough they are always friendly and ready to help when I walk in.
-Maintenance staff are very fast and normally get it right the first time. I called twice once about 10pm b/c power went out, and the guy showed up within 15mins and had the power back on within an hour. And once for ac not working guy had problem corrected when I returned home from work same day.
-Noise It's apartment living so there is going to be some noise, but mgt makes an effort to keep it under control, and gives out security officer's number to call if level is unacceptable.
-Overall It's a nice place worth the money..
