Apartment Review for Marcell Garden Apartments

At first it was great them I was scared to do anything. <P>
If you talked to loud in your own apartment a neighbor complained because they thought you were fighting. If you let the back sliding door open and went out the front door it would slam, and then the neighbor above you would complain you are slaming the door. <P>
You get accused of not cleaning up your dog poop and there is no proof. It is scarey to think you are being stalked by people saying you are not cleaning up after your dog. You are told only two heartbeats can live in a one bedroom apartment, but the landlord has more people. I dont think the landlord sets a good example. <P>
Monthly newletters are sent out with rules and she doesnt enforce them for her friends. Parking in terrible. People park in the guest park spots and never move their cars for weeks. <P>
