This is one of the safest areas to live in St. Petersburg. There is no covered parking, though. Although the remodelled units look very nice at first glance, there are problems. First, cracks are forming in the walls near the windows and door ways. Also, although some units have wood cabinets...Many of the units have cabinets that are covered in plastic formed to look like wood. It seems like they rushed putting this covering on the cabinets. Also, the plaster in the bathroom is coming down. Now they are redoing the floors in the hallways. They removed the carpet. This makes the hallways much louder. Many people own dogs here, and you can hear the dogs barking.
