Apartment Review for Intracoastal Yacht Club

I can't wait to move out! The pool and gym are dirty, the carpets are dirty, even if the look new. They keep the carpet in the warehouse with a lot of dust and the quality is cheap. The elevators are always broken and the garage looks dirty because you see people depositing trash everywhere!!! They just don't care. I really don't recommend this place to anyone. Please, if you are looking to get an apartment here think 10 times before you make a decision. They will show you the unit model, which looks nice, but living in a RENTAL COMMUNITY with almost 800 apartments you will go crazy!!! Find a condo and pay a little bit more, at least you will have a nice place, clean and with respectful people.
Also, they charge $750 deposit if you have a pet and when you move out they will keep $500 from your money. They have pets restriction in terms of size, but all of sudden you see pitbulls and rottweilers inside the elevator. Most of the apartments have carpet and they are offering you to pay an extra $100 per month in order to replace for tiles . So, if you are moving into a unit which already comes with tiles (don't forget the tiles look very cheap!! i saw them) that means that probably you will have to pay more, but they won't tell you that. The kitchen appliances are old and bathroom's furniture are bad quality too. Again, if you are moving to this place, make sure to take several pictures of the whole apartment and keep them just in case they say you broke something and of course, will get more money from you. On the weekends this place turns into a GUETTO place. They allow you to bring 2 guests per apartment, but people will bring the whole Miami city here!!!! No joke! If you call maintenance to fix something, and i am sure you will call them several times, they will nock at your door and if for any reason you are in the shower, or bathroom or sleeping, they will open the door because the have the keys. Are you sure do you want to live here???
