**** Poor Management (Martin) and Staff

Due to poor maintenance of run down building, we were out of power for 10 days. Management sent announcements saying problem would be fixed every 3 days without knowing the full details. Maintenance entered apartment without notice and went through our things. Martin, the manager, takes no responsibility for anything and blames everything on the individual tenants. He sent out a notice saying that people would be credited for the next month for the inconvenience of his poorly managed staff and they still took out the full amount of rent because their pea size brains forgot to adjust the rent amount. Unbelievable how dumb these people are. I'm surprised he can even wake up in the morning and dress himself. This is by far the most unprofessional, poorly managed apartment complex I have ever lived in. They are lucky the people here haven't turned against them and made their lives a living nightmare. I would not recommend this place to anybody. I tried to rate this a zero but since this website doesn't allow zero ratings, I'm putting it at the lowest possible which is a one.

Also the leasing staff acts like they are excited to have you sign up and then once you do, they act like nothing is their responsibility. Had a full list of things that needed replacements or fixing on the first day I moved in and Deiby (the leasing agent) said it wasn't her responsibility and I should call maintenance. Maintenance shows up and spent 15 minutes complaining about how the leasing girls do absolutely nothing but sit in their offices and avoid phone calls, emails and anybody trying to get an issue resolved. The place is a disaster. They all hate each other and hate working there but can't get other jobs because who would hire these fools!
THIS WAS A TOTAL FREAKSHOW! NEVER MOVE HERE! It was disgusting - I had people steal from me during my stay, constant lies and rudeness, not to mention if something breaks you CANNOT get it fixed. Feels like living in a dirty hotel hell - do yourself a favor and RUN AWAY!
