Apartment Review for Intracoastal Yacht Club

The first 6 months I lived there everything was fine. Afterward it started to go downhill. The place was filthy! Garbage in the garages and hallways that would sit there for days. Dogs pooing and peeing in the common areas. The carpet in the hallways had huge pee stains and mold and mildew.

The staff at the time were very nice and made sure all of my maintenance requests were attended to.

The neighbors were unruly and very loud. Parties lasting until the wee hours on weekends and hoods playing ghetto blasters outside the front entrance every night. You name it! Drug dealers, prostitutes, strippers, and all lived there. Ack!

The last five months of my lease my apartment developed this strange smell. Maintenance assesed it several times, but it was not cured. I didn't renew my lease. Thank God!
