At 5:00 p.m., when you want to get home be ready to wait at the gate because they are always backed-up to around the corner. The water is three times more expensive than anywhere else in Sunny isles because THEY own the water supply company. Dogs are ALWAYS barking in the hallways, the balconies, and in people's apartments and many times they pee in the elevators and the owners don't bother to clean after them. Management treats the tenants like dirt, you can call them and leave messages over and over, but they will never return a call. I would not recommend the place to anyone and cannot wait for my lease to be over. This place is a revolving door, the elevators are always tied up because people are always moving in and out, they cannot keep tenants. And on weekend evenings, when the weather is warm, people have pool parties, which is great, except that these people love to scream at the top of their lungs and have the music so loud you feel like you live in the ghetto, an expensive ghetto. Big mistake moving here.
