Apartment Review for Marina Del Mar

I can not agree enough! I've lived here for 6 months now, and can honestly not wait to move out! Marina Del Mar has THE WORST management I have ever seen and or delt with, and of course when management is bad, almost all of the building's staff is the same if not worst.
I was in a hurry when I signed the lease, but will NEVER resign it even if I get 6 months free, and I'm dead serious. I simply hate it! The apartments are old, the water pressure in the shower is weak, a weird smell comes out of the AC vents, appliances are dated and the machines in the gym are so so old.
The worst is the management, since the GM is so bad, all of her staff know she doesn't care and therefor they don't care and everybody tags to you here like if they pay your rent or lie if they're doing you a favor...
Parking is in one word: a nightmare. At first they tell you: "we offer free parking" carefull with that! After 7:00 pm, you'll probably spend anywhere between 20 to 45 min and maybe more waiting in your car for somebody to leave for u to park. Sometimes, I wanna go real quick to the store or the near by gas station and I cancel that thinking about how or where I would park when I cow back. Twice I went down stairs to the far faaar parking to go to the gas station and came back half way because of all the cars that were waiting for somebody to leave. I simply didn't wanna be them in 15 min so I went back home, and trust me, your guest/friends won't like coming to your place anymore because of how they're a treated at the lobby by personel who is tired of parking problems, therefor they always have a bad attitude.
You are in Sunny isles, go live the Sunny isles life somewhere else, really! I wish I had done my research before.
