Reflections at Welleby is a beautiful community with fabulous tenants. All of my neighbors are very social and friendly. We have a great time. The problem is with the managemet and maintainence staff. There seems to be ongoing mold infestitation problems.When the office is called and notified of an issue (I have been living here for about 6 months and have had to have maintainence out here about 5 times) You never know if they are coming or not and when you call the management office to see if anyone is set to come out to fix your issue, the maintainence staff lies and says that the problem is fixed when in fact everthing is the same as it was before you called. No one believes anything you say and believe their maintanence staff over their tenants. What ever happened to the saying "The customer is always right"? I have recomended friends to move in here because of the beautiful views and spacious apartments but it is a shame that the management/maintainence is not up to par with the rest of the community!!!

This is just a great complex to live in. Spacious Apartements, great views, quality appliances.

I was just reading the reviews listed and who ever this person is complaining must be a big loser. I just moved from Reflections after 3 years and I had a great expierence living in this community. The office staff and maintenance guys were great they took care of all of my needs. I would recommend this community to anyone that is looking for a great home.

What a bunch of crap the person that left the comment dated 03/04/2004 is from the leasing office. The place was not up to par and I am not the only person that had problems. Future renters you will see for your self. As for the leasing office that wrote that so called review. This forum is for the actual renters to state the truth good or bad. It is for you guys to assess to comments and try to strive towards a better standard and comfort for your tenants. Do not cover up your actions with forum.

I can not believe the review left by the other person. I have lived at Reflections for the past 3 years and it has been great. I have recommended several friends to Reflections who still live on the property and I am only moving because I have purchased a home. The office staff has been great with taking care of my needs and the Property Director is one of the best I have ever dealt with and I have been renting for the past 15 years. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice home. The property is not brand new and things do break from time to time but the maintenance staff has always taken care of my needs and that of my friends.
