Students attending Florida State University can take advantage of the short, 15 minute commute to campus from the complex. Reviewers typically describe the 1-3 bedroom apartments as spacious and clean. Many residents also appreciate the complex’s video surveillance and helpful office staff. Tenants can fulfill a wide variety of needs like grocery shopping Pat’s Supermarket and attending live music shows at Revolution Live Tallahassee, all within a mile radius from the apartment complex. The Colonnade is also just under a mile away from The Florida State University campus so students who are affiliated with the University benefit greatly from its location. Some tenants have expressed frustration with crime control and the previous management, but The Colonnade has recently come under new management.
