Also known as Parkway Square Apartments, The Palms of Apalachee lies off of U.S. Route 319. This complex is only 2 miles from popular shopping centers, such as Governor’s Square Mall. Most residents rave about the new renovations taking place at The Palms of Apalachee. Currently, tenants enjoy newly refurbish apartments, private parking, pet friendly spaces, and electronic payment options. Construction is underway to provide residents with pool access and a private gym, as well. Many residents have also expressed their satisfaction with the complex’s friendly staff and speedy 24 hour maintenance crew. Collegewood Apartments conveniently lies less than half of a mile away from Florida State University. Many also enjoy its proximity to the Leon County Civic Center. While some tenants have experienced complications with management, Collegewood Apartment’s staff offers 24-hour emergency maintenance and is working to improve its supervision.
