The management at THE COVE are horrible. Benchmark properties in general, are terrible. No attention is paid whatsoever to you as a tenant, and expect absolutely NONE of your security deposit back -even if you are legitimately clean, tidy, respectful tenants. My roommate and I were doctoral students at FSU, never had a single party, and got MAJORLY taken advantage of by Benchmark properties, namely "Michelle" and owner MIke Caruthers. Take this warning seriously...they will seem friendly at first -but I promise it will be worth it to rent elsewhere!!
