OK, so I signed my lease 4 months before we moved in, my boyfriend signed at the same time. THEY LOST HIS LEASE. No one told bothered telling me for 3 months. By the time they did they were little no np help helping us out. I couldnt pay for the place without him. THEY ARGUED WITH ME WHEN I CALLED, AND HUNG UP ON ME EVERY TIME I SAID MY NAME! I finally moved in this week... the place was DISGUSTING. They let the carpet cleaners in the apartment w/o notifying us on move in day, so I have random people in my apartment moving my stuff around that i walked in on..the dust here is about a 1/2 inch thick.. none of the closet doors work, and my shower is litterally falling apart. it smells sooooo bad in here too. There was still food in the fridge, so it obvious no one even tried to clean this place. I called the management and had to wait for 2 hours to get ahold of them bc the entire staff went to lunch.. when they did call me back all they said was that they like theyre cleaning crew, and if the apartment isnt clean enough to my standards its just that.. my standards. they told me to go buy a mop and they hung up on me again. And dont even get me started on the noise upstairs.......... DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
