This place SUCKS! The management is horrible. Every time you need something done around that place you have to go all the way to the property manager. The front office will not give out their #, so here it is, for all you people that are currently having trouble with the office staff at Campus Lodge (512) 472-6222. It is based out of Austin, TX. This place is so dirty and nasty. When I first moved in the carpet was GROSS. I had to call Bowdens Carpet cleaning to come do my carpet and I had to pay for it out of my own pocket. The panels in the shower are falling off the wall. The floors are stained a dirty brown. Someone was arrested back in Sept for shooting a gun in the complex& Call the police department (850) 891-4200 they will confirm it. This place is so GHETTO. I would recommend living on Dover St. before moving here. The manager is a royal pain!!! They will try to hook you with no fees&no security deposit& Do not do it. I promise you, you will hate it. They lose everything. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!
