They will steal your money!!! They take a lot of money up front and pretend like it will be used like a security deposite but without the prospect of getting it back but it doesn't cover cleaning the apartment when you move out not to mention any damages, ie stains that were there when you moved in and reported! So what ever you pay up front plan on paying just as much when you move out.
