If I would have read the reviews posted prior to moving into the apartment I did, I would not have moved in. I was shown a different apartment then I moved into. The maintance SUCKS and the leasing agent as well as their boss's are no help either. Make sure you check to see if the unit you are moving into have "Direct Billing" because they told me mine did and it didnt and it costed me an additional $400 prior to moving in! I have tried to contact maintance as well as the managers of the properties and they act as if I or any others who live in there properties matter. I wish I would have known what I know now especially since I am someone very serious about my education and the noise level has already been an issue. IT IS DIRTY, APPLIANCES ARE OLDER THAN MY GRANDPARENTS, AND WHEN I MOVED INTO MY APT. IT HAD YET TO BE CLEANED. As if moving into a dirty apt. wasnt bad enough, I waited an extra MONTH for it to cleaned. My fridge leaks, my dishwasher and air *unit* are noisy, my toilet doesnt flush properly, my countertops are missing pieces, I COULD GO ON AND ON!!!!!!!!! All I know is I dont recommend it to anyone and I will not move into another BOOTH property EVER AGAIN!!!! PLEASE BEWARE ITS TO EXPENSIVE FOR HOW BAD IT IS!
