I rented a two bedroom for 1 year and went through three different ownership transitions. My move-in form was conveniently misplaced & of course I didn't think to make a copy, so I was charged $190 for move out damages that were there before I moved in & had never been fixed. The pool was condemed several times & closed most of the summer-when it was open it became the neighborhood kids private pool. The walls are paper thin, utilities are very high, washers/dryers never worked or limited to only 2 working, Maintanence staff have a high turnover rate of quiting & I can't blame them when the Boothproperties staff (Mgr Pamela Wheeler) are the worst! If you are used to the police showing up outside your building & gun shots being fired on a daily basis - yah go ahead & move in. As for me I never fully unpacked & moved out the day my lease ended.
