Like many apartments in Tallahassee, College Club has its good and its bad qualities. I lived here for 2 years and its ok. When I didn't have a car, I would walk or catch the bus to campus. The rent includes everything ($425) except if you go over, then overages are divided among your roommates. The comple stays clean for the most part. Maintenance is attentive, not overly so, but not enough to complain about. My roommate had problems with them though. However, living w/ 3 other people that you dont know is kinda sucky. The walls are thin, I can hear my roommate walk around upstairs and i can tell when she uses the bathroom. The complex manager loses checks and you constantly have to show them the reciepts so that they can rectify the situation. Currently they are looking for a lost check, that i showed them the reciept for. I guess that wasn't enough. I have gotten false eviction notices at least 10 times in my 2 years. Parking is bad on the weekends. I heard gunshots a couple of times. I forgot that I left my window unlocked and it was opened when i came home. The fitness center and computer lab is suppose to be opened 24 hours, but it isnt. Something is usually wrong with it. But besides that it is straight for what it is. Its great if you don't have a car and it is kinda worry free since you only have one bill. Good Luck!
