Review Title:   Three Words: Don't Live Here.

If you have ever wondered what happened to WoodLake at Killearn, I will tell you. They changed the name to Cypress Pointe because of all the bad press and reviews they were getting. Like another reviewer stated, management changes quite frequently. Each time, it gets even more worse. The current one sends out a newsletter every month with the tone that you have no rights inside your apartment. He does his best to scare residents into thinking they will be fined for any little thing he or his staff deems is out of line. Its very unnerving and uncomfortable to say at the least. They are constantly working to make the outside look good to get sales while they neglect to do anything for residents who have real problems. They will even go as far as refusing your rent check and telling you that you will have to pay a $50 late charge. If you do manage to choose this place as your home, be aware that ALL the buildings in the front were built in the 1970's. I used to live in building 12 and the walls are paper thin and I could here the tv of the people above and below me. Footsteops were also a constant bother. The walls of the newer buildings in the back are somewhat thicker, but you will still feel the floor shake when groups of people go up and down the stairs. Luckily I have not had the problem of anyone walking into my apartment unannounced. However, I do come home sometimes and find things moved, rearranged, and even missing. Do yourself a favor, don't help line their filthy pockets, find a better place where you don't have to deal with criminal residents and management.
