I was warned beforehand, but didn't listen. The place looked nice and the person I was dealing with was very nice. Trish, who helped me with my paperwork and was the best, soon left, because they even treated her badly. I soon found out that work orders are never completed, and if somebody bothers to come look at your problem, expect the job to be way below standard. Again -- this is IF somebody bothers to check it out. The staff are unintelligent, unfriendly, and uncaring (since Trish left). Even the regional manager is a childish and petty snot, who is trying to screw me over now that i'm leaving. Basically, I'm ending my lease early, and following the rental agreement's directions to do so, and she is doing everything in her power to make this unpleasant for me and being very uncooperative. She even found out a way to make me keep my empty, cleaned, without electricity apartment for an extra month, causing me to pay double the amount I should have had to pay in these circumstances. Very very poor management and stupid power games and I wouldn't even reccommend this place as a joke to my worst enemy. Please, don't rent here! You'll seriously regret it! Don't let the nice, peaceful exterior fool you, for underneath is a rotting, childish, greedy, sub-standard, useless DUMP!
