Apartment was filthy when we moved in. Cabinet facing was all peeling. Dish washer had exposed wireing. Maintainance came up & put electrical tape over it & called it fixed. Pest control was a joke. pieced of baseboards missing. Water came through our ceiling on three seperate ocassions & none of the water damage was repaired. In two years here almost none of the pre-lease repairs were done. The pet policy is misleading & they quote diffrent people diffrent fees for the same types of animals. Rent varies by income so if you make anything decent you will get charged much more than others in the same layout units. their 24hr fitness center is definitely not. This place may look nice on the outside but don't be fooled. do not lease here because if you do move in & don't like it you will be hard pressed to be able to break your lease. Run Away & don't look back
