i just thought i'd give a positive review because i know how hard it is to decide on an apartment with so many poor reviews. plus, its rare that one goes out of the way to express their satisfaction as opposed to displeasure. i've lived here for a few months and have had no problems with noise, maintenance, or management. its not too close to campuses, so it is relatively quiet. i live in a top floor unit, which i highly recommend as a way to avoid unwanted noise from inconsiderate neighbors. the pools (there are 2) are nice and well-kept, and my boyfriend and i enjoy the indoor raquetball court several days a week. the fitness center equipment is slightly dated, but surely usable. parking isn't a problem unless you're home late on a weeknight- even so, your apartment is almost always within walking distance. the small lake and geese make this place very pretty. big apartments, though slightly expensive. overall, i recommend it.
