This place sucks balls, Black mold all over the place, water pipes keep breaking all the time flooding the place. Drywall patches never get done right away. They don't have the right equipment or qualified people for MOLD Remediation, so all they do is spray bleach and say it's all good. Which really it isn't. These apartments are no good for people with health problems or children of any age. Those of you with good health won't have good health in the long run if you move in here. From what I hear, there is a lot of DOWN units here because of MOLD. The gutters to this place are either broken, bent, not functioning, clogged, or just useless. The manager is a sorry Yankee Bitch from New York who doesn't treat her staff very well, as well as the tenants. The company doesn't care about us, they care about the money for themselves. So they won't and have not put any money into this property like a GOOD management company should. The refrigerators are probably as old as the property, rusty, noisy, work half the time, bent up, missing parts. So take all this into consideration if you're thinking about moving to this shit hole.
