Review for Four Seasons Apartments

Positives: They do always have a space for my car. The outsides of the apts. do look relatively decent for being in the neighborhood they are. Really close to campus. All my maintenance problems were fixed on time. Manager knows my name. Negatives: Too close to bars and nightclubs and u get loud music, fights, screaming, cars, all at 2 in the morning. Near a bad neighborhood. Dark and for a woman dangerous. Not the nicest apts. The worst part is that management is crooked. Trust me, this is my second year living here and I am not resigning. The only reason i stayed the second year is because i had no car, knew nobody, and the manager at the time was not so horrible. If u were a close friend, I would say this. It is not safe, expect the worst from management, but if u can take the music and crime, go for it. Tani. U can email me if u want. az04@fsu.edu
