I wish I would have read these reviews before I moved in, all of the negative things said here are true. It turns my stomach.
The only good thing about this place is that it is so close to campus. I have no trouble getting to class or any food places. The apartments themselves are very tiny, and it seems as though we have new maintenance and managers every week. It is very crooked around here. Maintenance is horrible around here- they are extremely slow. There is a leak from my bathroom ceiling from the shower upstairs that has been unfixed for the past three weeks. Three different maintenance guys have looked at it (they seriously go throw these guys like underwear). Everyone keeps giving me the run around. My air conditioner is 10 days older than dirt- I tried to get it replaced but everyone keeps blowing me off. If I run it at night (not during the day) my electric bill is $130+. There is mold everywhere, and the cabinets are falling apart.
The apartment is right behind the strip so we get lots of drunk people coming through and around here. It is not uncommon to wake up at 3:00 in the morning to a drunk, screaming person. There are bums all over the place here. They are always digging in the dumpster. One night, my fiance and I called the cops because a bum was going door to door trying to get into apartments. LOCK YOUR DOORS! The cops were here last night because of some drunk people, they are here a lot.
They are jacking the rent up to $625 soon, I pay $475 right now. They are putting w/d and new tile in every unit- but I have know idea where they will fit them. This place sounds like a construction zone with all of the work they are doing here.
I don't know what else to say- this place looked so appealing when I came to Tallahassee- and I regret ever moving here. Look somewhere else!
