moved into a filthy apt, carpet is sooo bad, you don't want to walk on it barefoot. and to top it all off after we signed our lease, they lowered it for everyone else, and would not honor it to us. Everyone will be moving out next year. utilities off the charts, the place must be built from cardboard.
