Review for Frog Pond Apartments

My son has had his apartment broken into three times. The latest he was held at gunpoint in his bedroom. If you are sending your child off to college, looking for a resonable place for them to live....don't sign a lease here. Pay the extra money, get a nicer place to stay. No amount of money saved is worth the safety of your child. My son packed up and left the moment he was able to leave after this last incident. The management leaves a lot to be desired. If you are already locked in to a lease - beware of OVERAGES! They will try to charge you for them. Make them produce the bills! They will tell you everytime...."oops, a mistake was made. You don't owe anything for overages!" We learned that lesson along the way too! Also, have 911 on speed dial and be prepared to fight for your life!
